There is still a general “I am Sorry” in order. I promised during OOW 2008 to be on the OTN Lounge premises (“Meet the ACE’s) so we could talk, if you wanted to. Those 1 1/2 hour I reserved, could not be met, because I was called out during that time to meet a potential customer and I was caught up afterwards. So before I knew it, those 1 1/2 hours were gone…
